We did the full canopy zipline tour and it was incredible. The guides were professional, funny, and made us feel completely safe. The views from the top platform are unlike anything I've ever seen. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Antigua!

Brought my family of 5 and everyone from age 8 to 65 had the time of their lives. The safety briefing was thorough, equipment was top-notch, and the guides were fantastic. The aerial tram gave us views we'll never forget.

The actual experience was great but we waited over 45 minutes past our scheduled start time with no explanation. When we asked staff, they seemed unsure what was happening. The tour itself was good but the disorganization at the start really dampened the mood.

The rainforest hike was spectacular. Guide was knowledgeable about the local flora and fauna. Only issue was a small mix-up with our booking confirmation email but staff resolved it quickly on arrival.

Our tour was cancelled due to weather which I understand, but it's been 2 weeks and I still haven't received my refund. I've emailed 3 times with no response. Very disappointed in the customer service follow-through.

Booked through our hotel concierge and it was the highlight of our entire Caribbean trip. The private group experience was worth every penny. Our guide Carlos was exceptional — knowledgeable, entertaining, and incredibly safety-conscious.

The zipline experience was fantastic — smooth, safe, and exhilarating. The guides were great. My only feedback is that the gift shop selection is quite limited. Would love to see more local artisan products.

Three generations of our family did the aerial tram together. My 70-year-old mother and 6-year-old nephew both loved it equally. The staff were incredibly patient and accommodating. This is what tourism should look like.
